  • Actively investing — or planning to — in defense, AI, aerospace, cyber, advanced manufacturing, energy, logistics or dual-use technology
  • Able to move on introductions directly: FVA does not pool capital, manage a fund, or place trades on your behalf
  • Comfortable with a closed, invitation-only deal room — every application is reviewed personally before approval
