Gatherings
A working day where the alliance meets in one room. Sector roundtables, readiness clinics and pre-matched introductions — not a conference floor.
Upcoming
The inaugural summit is in Kansas City on Saturday, April 10, 2027 — hybrid, in person and online — at $550 a seat, or $250 for active military and veterans. Founder seats are reserved separately from investor seats so the balance in the room stays right, and Indianapolis follows on Saturday, October 9, 2027.

Reshoring capacity, first-article qualification and the freight and logistics buyers deciding which ventures get adopted.
From 2027 the alliance runs at least one to two virtual discussions every month — fireside chats, coffee chats and pitch sessions — with dates published to members a month ahead. Exact days and venues are confirmed to registered guests by email before travel is booked. Rooms are small and seats are allocated by the alliance, not sold.

The same shape at every summit, so members know what they are travelling for.
08:30
Seated by sector, not by title. Members receive the attendee brief on arrival — who is in the room, what they are building, and what they are looking for.
09:30
A working read of the quarter across defense, AI, aerospace, cybersecurity, advanced manufacturing, energy and logistics. Numbers and mandates, not predictions.
10:45
Six simultaneous tables of twelve, each led by an operator who has sold into that buyer. Founders bring one live problem; investors bring one live question.
12:30
A former program or procurement lead walks through how a decision is actually made inside their organisation, including the parts that kill deals late.
14:00
Thirty-minute private reviews against the nine Venture Readiness dimensions. Founders leave with a written list of what to fix before their next raise.
16:00
Pre-matched one-to-one meetings, scheduled from what members marked in advance. No booth floor, no pitch queue.
17:15
Short close, then an unstructured hour. Most of the useful conversations start here.
